appointment was easily scheduled and the location was easy to find with adequate parking. [The staff] eased my mind by explaining the process and how each step targeted different stages. I appreciated that she often checked on my comfort level when using heat or combing through my hair. [She] was knowledgeable and answered all my questions without judgement. She was easygoing and made it feel like I was in the comfort of my own home being treated by a family member. I have fairly long hair but [the staff] was efficient and had me in and out within an hour. She truly reduced so much of my stress and anxiety!
